At Villa Pefkakia, we offer a simple and cozy accommodation in a peaceful environment overlooking the lagoon.
Our guesthouse is just a short walk from the famous kite spot of Agios Nikolaos, Lefkada, making it an ideal base for kitesurfers and nature lovers alike.
Each stay is a little different, as we like to adapt to the needs of our guests. Whether you come for a short getaway or a longer kitesurf trip, we’ll help you find the best solution for your stay.
Rates start from 88 € per night for two guests, green tax included.

Villa Pefkakia is not a kite school. We welcome kitesurfers who already have some experience, or who want to enjoy the spot on their own.
This helps us maintain a calm and safe environment for all our guests.
