The outdoor kitchen is usable for share with the others guests

We kindly ask you to be responsable for your water and electricity consumption for

ecological reason

Shower required before each bath in the pool for reasons of hygiene, and to avoid accumulation

of sun cream in the water.

Pets are not allowed, sorry !!!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation must be advised in writing, sent to the owner with electronic mail, and is effective as soon as receipt of the message is acknowledged by the owner. 

35 days prior to scheduled arrival date, loss of the 30% deposit

Responsability:
We release ourselves from all disturbances generated by climatic phenomena. Any stay that we would be forced to cancel entirely will involve in simple refunding of the sums paid by the customer without allowance for him to claim. Any stay interrupted because of the customer, for any reason that it might be, cannot give rise to a refunding.

The swimming-pool is not supervised, we decline any responsibility in case of accident (take special care of the children safety).
